I sent an e-mail inquiry to BITMAIN to 3 days ago.
I was sent two days before the inquiry by PM.
But, the reply does not come.
Reply so slowly it normal?

What we don't realise is the sheer scale of Bitmain's operation. 20% of the network is their hardware, which is 660,000GH. Thats 37,000 S1s in 4 months. That's 315 a day. When you have problems with the payment system, that's 500 fresh emails PER DAY on top of the usual load.

tldr, give them time, they're not scammers and they're not going anywhere.

Indeed - they are not scammers as they exist a longer while
and they always did suffer e-mail responds delays
