what does exactly burning coins means  ? selling or sending it to other obsolete address   ? 

if selling then it contribute to the dump of the price but if its sending to wallet address only , that does not affect the price at all  . but yeah eth didnt perform well this week but , other coins maybe  . so i would give my bet to other coins this time including on the coins that you mention above  .  you said btc change all  ? but why it didnt change eth  .  eth should have pump now too

The biggest one will be ethereum because of the hard fork thing, if they actually manage to make it a staking coin, we will definitely see ethereum increasing, that is for sure, however how much it will go up is beyond me, maybe it will go to all time highs, maybe it will just increase %10, I don't know what will happen.

The other one is BNB, they had a good burning this year already and they keep finding ways people could spend BNB as well, it may have a good year if they find something to spend BNB on. The surge and the success level of a coin cannot be measure or determine by coin burning because the concept, use (demand/supply) and support level are what can be use to measure the success level of a coin. Mind you, coin burning was a strategy used to downshift inflation rate of coin.
Note : Stellar burnt coin worth about $4.7 Billion USD and the price of their coin is still the same.

The problem is those burning tokens are coming from the developer's pre-mined wallet that means that does not coin that's on the circulating and that's why such burning will never give a huge impact to the price of the coin.
This has already happened so many times when people are taking it as a serious thing. They must aware of this before. This is a very important thing. The burn that can affect the price must come from the circulating supply.

Stellar "burning" some coin only means the ability to hyperinflate in the future diminished somewhat. The issuing rate did not change.
There is still 60% of total available and last year the new coin issuing rate was 1,79% (894006558 coins) and the year before 2,6% (1301809701) of the total available.

Your words contradict each since you have said those 3 mentioned are the more chances to grow yet you also said that ethereum 2.0 is good in my opinion you are breaking your own statements?
 There is no much better to expect in altcoins but ethereum imagine 2.0 is coming and together with bitcoin halving,how much this can add to the volume of investments to ethereum?so for me this is much celebrated then than those you have mentioned.

First I think Ethereum will maintain a steady market and will likely continue to dominate other altcoins in the market I just hope some fews that have potentials will make impact If devs of those coins work hard and maintain some steady roadmap plus create more usage for their coins then there will possibility for much more growth For I will likely wait to see Where EOS goes from here

Temtum has been attracting a lot of investors recently and I appreciate the potential of this coin in the near future. However, this is still a risky investment if the bear market returns and it is difficult to predict what will happen next in the future. Personally, I would still choose to invest in TEM because the price of this coin will definitely increase very high if the altcoin season returns to this market.

ETH is still not performing, it's been over a year already and it always fall back to $100+, I don't know when it will start to pump but the only hope people are expecting which is the ETH 2.0 has no clear timeline yet when it will be launch. However, I believe that ETH already at dip now so it's nice to accumulate at this price as it's likely to go pump than dump and hopefully ETH won't be left out this year and it will be one of the performing assets this year.

I've decided between ethereum and others. for others. I think that the top performers will mostly be created from anno projects. I wouldn't exclude WAVES but I think ETH or Monero or something like that is more realistic.

What has Bitcoin new coin supply halving got to do with Ethereum who does not change the number of new coins coming to market daily.
The fantasy of having double the number of Ethereum buyers or existing buyers buy double the amount form one day to the next.
Change to POS (2.0) is coming since beginning of 2018 to this day zero evidence other than talk about it.
Even if it happens, how is a proven fail good. In 2014 most new coins where POS fast majority died even the creator of the flowed concept (Peercoin) managed to go from April 29, 2013 $0.40 to $0.23 today.

I am guessing the reason for ethereum to outperform any other coin would be the Istanbul fork that is expected this year. I mean all other coins are decent ones as well and I definitely support them but at the same time so I think there is no reason why others can't have better years. This is more about "generally market would go up but eth may have a skyrocket due to fork" type of thinking by people.

Let's hope that the fork is as good as everyone imagine it is, otherwise we would have a bad coin that had a failed fork with thousands of people invested millions of dollars for nothing and that would hurt the market immensely. I think the best case scenario here would be every single coin going up a bit, some going a lot more but all of them ending the year on positive.
