Its surprising that you know their forum profile link but you don't know about their ANN thread. Here it is, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1935098.0.

Nah, I can't believe Chipmixer will scam you just for 0.1781BTC since you already stated that you mixed more than 10BTC from there. And I hope you have used correct web address since you are old user. Better option is raise your problem on their ANN thread instead of scam accusation. They have good reputation here and hope they will solved your issue.

Edit; seems OP made reply on ANN thread during make my post.

Hi
who said that I don't know their ANN thread?
I have wrote there too:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1935098.msg53576950#msg53576950

I opened a thread in this section to make it properly.
Right now the case is opened based on what happened. And if you read properly what I wrote, then you would have understood that I used the correct site (Tor link) as you can see that I had already a communication with their team about this. The problem actually is that they claimed that I swapped the chips while I never received any of these (the session has been deleted by  mistake before my deposit went confirmed). So its impossible that I received any chips.

It could be a mistake at their end (we are all human) but I want to clarify this and especially I dont want to loose my coins. They didn't reply since to my last email, so I decided to come here.

Waiting for assistance on this matter.

Are you 100% sure it is real ChipMixer?

There are a lot of fake phishing websites that are exact copy clones for ChipMixer.

But If mistake is on ChipMixer side, I am sure they will fix it soon.

See the time I contacted you and the transactions did.
At what time did your mailbox receive the session key to the session holding funds?
Your wallet screenshot shows an outgoing transaction at 2020-01-06 13:54. Which timezone is that?
If you're willing to provide me all available evidence, I'd like to have a look. Note that this compromises your privacy (all PMs on Bitconitalk can be read by Cloudflare), so it's up to you to decide if it's worth it.

Considering that ChipMixer supposedly answered him saying that him (or someone else) sweeped the chips to an address, yes.

I don’t think they are scamming. At the worst case, it was a bug or issue in their part. I may be biased, but they literally spent millions in their signature campaign, another shit ton of money in forum ads and already mixed hundreds of Bitcoins at once without exit scamming. Would they really scam someone for 0.17 BTC?

It would really be much easier to convince the other members if you provided screenshots from the emails/conversation you have received from Chipmixer's customer support to remove some doubt to your scam accusation. Other than that I think they haven't “scammed” you in anyway but like you they are still figuring it out on what really happened with your transaction and identify on who's fault it is in the first place.

The problem is that the deposited funds were converted to chips and then swept by someone... You claim that it wasn't you, but that could be tricky to either prove or disprove Undecided

As LoyceV has suggested, the timestamps on the messages sent to you might be key to this... if the message was sent after the funds were swept, then it couldn't possibly be you. If it was sent before, then it's possible your mailbox has been compromised and someone else got the session key, created the chips and then swept the keys.

Hello

After investigation we have discovered that session awarded with chips was started 5 hours after deposit transaction. While destroying session ends our contract responsibility and funds were already used by other (lucky) user - we award you full value voucher for 178 mBTC.

Well in cases such as this one where a service will be losing money I know they'll try to prevent it from happening in the future since scandals and accusations loke this are bad for their reputation. Simply no user wants to have a problem when it comes to mixing their crypto or not to have any problem at all when it comes to delays.

First of all, I want to thank everyone who participated to this discussion.
Before commenting, I will CONFIRM  that the ISSUE is SOLVED SUCCESSFULLY by ChipMixer Team.

Also If you read carefully my first post, this issue happened only because I deleted my session by mistake before the btc were deposited successfully to the btc address provided. After deeper investigation of ChipMixer, they found out my payment and they were so kind to give me a voucher code - I don't know how thankful I can be for this action. Many other mixers would have just replied "Sorry, you destroyed your session, we can't help you anymore".
These are guys are  500% LEGIT and care about their customers!

Two days later,  they replied providing me a new session token for that deposit address:
afaik and happened to me once, they gave me voucher code instead
are you sure that's a session token and not a voucher code?
It was exactly the same. After investigation, they provide me a voucher code.

My intention was only to fix the issue. Initially they were not able to match correctly my deposit to the session. But after deeper investigation, it was finally possible. I had and have always a very big respect for these guys. As said, I have mixed there myself over 10 BTC and still doing on daily basis.

Yes that was exactly what I tried to explain to ChipMixer after they provided me a new session key where the chips were already sent. My mailbox was not compromised.
