Most people want a fast and work less process to scale the ladder of progress to the extent of cooking up many tricks to get that done.
This is act can be observed on instagram, facebook an so on and so forth, where you can get users get fake or bot followers.
Its sad why people do not want a steady and real rise any more I would have posted a link to a recent post of such user but it would not be the point -we probably have seen it-.
Such users spends brain storming amount of time to come up with tricks to increase there rank through merit earning and I don't blame anyone who gave them merit with the heart of encouraging a user they think is working hard.
There are negative after effect of making use of tricks
♤ you might get caught: -karma is real- you can only deceive the people for an amount of time, then your cup would get filled.
♤ depression: although the tricks are bad but this tricks are something that they spent some times to get done so when caught they mostly slip into depression and throw tantrums.
♤ lose credit: those who had thought highly of the user ends up regretting and hating on the user.
It's only wise for a newbie to rise the right way no matter how long it takes. It's just hard work that it takes
