Coinmarketcap is known for this shady advertising, never forget they promoted Bitconnect and most recently they promoted Hex.
Coinmarketcap rotate their ads between advertising network and their own paid ones, i have reported to adsense on many times those that are shady but seems like is a good business for google because they keep promoting casinos, ponzi, HYIP, gambling, scams, etc.
