Is BestChange safe? (Not an accusation)

Have anyone seen a new campaign has been opened to introduce BestChange 
Everything was fine until I saw their website, I felt very familiar, it seemed that I had seen it before, or a website with a similar interface. I wonder if this is not the site I have seen but just a scam to deceive others  My memory is really poor  so I want to ask everyone. Has anyone ever used the service on this site? Or at least know its safety? Or has anyone ever encountered a website with such an interface? I really disturbed about this site but I am not technical enough to find out

Yes, BestChange is an old site and been into existence from long time.
I used Bestchange couple of years ago to find genuine exchange to convert my Perfect Money to Bitcoin. It is quite handy website to compare fees of various exchanges. In other words, it's like Trivago of digital currency exchangers.

So, as far as site is concerned, it's surely safe to use. But I can't say anything for campaign. Rates are high as compared to other current campaigns, also number of participants have not been mentioned. Things will become more clear in a day or two (as campaign in mentioned to be started from 15th).

Agree on the point above but I do still have the doubts but it doesn't really matter yet im too keen on using another new platform but lets see on what would happen on upcoming days and looking for feedbacks for those people who do tend to use the platform.
About on their current signature campaign which those rates are really too good but if they do have the money to spent out for marketing,then why not?We cant still conclude though and do still need to observe.

I think BestChange was around before Bitcoin even existed. They are/were an e-currency exchange aggregator. AFAIK, they don't take custody of your money. They aren't like a custodial exchange. They just aggregate exchange rates across hundreds of exchanges and perform due diligence on their partners. I believe they earn commissions based on referring customers to their partner exchanges.

They have a good Trustpilot rating and my Ukrainian friend tells me they are useful for cashing in and out of PerfectMoney, AdvCash, WebMoney, and similar e-wallets.

Thisis very old website and they are in business for more than decade. I've used them probably 4 years ago and didn't had any issue. I can't remember what exactly I exchanged, probably it was PerfectMoney or Payza. And I haven't heard bad reviews about them. BestChange also have their ANN topic on Bitcointalk:

OP, maybe you have faced phishing clone website of Bestchange which are made to scam people.

Although I had not use their website but I know about if from long time ago (can't remember duration exactly). I haven't found anything negative about their sites. I noticed also their ads were reflected on forum. So I believe admin have done minimum diligence before place their ad ( just not about scam, but I think admin inspect overall website, you may see here).

However, I have little concern about their campaign especially regarding signature campaign. Seems payments is good if you compare with some other campaigns. They are not using any escrow service from forum. Personally I have suggested them at least hire someone from experience campaign manager to manage signature campaign. But don't know about their opinion. We can't say anything before a week. Hope everything will be fine.

I also feel a bit worried about what they are doing. The payout ratio is quite high and there is no escrow, no experienced managers, the number of open points just announced today, and they even pause to accept participants. Obviously it makes me feel shady and insecure, although there are countless people who want to participate in it. Hope a safe platform will have a right move to create buzz for themselves

Judging from the spreadsheet looks like they're doing a test run for now. It is quite possible that they will adjust the pay rate in the next weeks if they continue their campaign. But if they don't and everything runs perfectly, I guess that's good news for anyone who wants to find a sig campaign.

But I think they won't change the payout rate, I don't know any campaigns that change the payout rate right after the first week, because they have extra budget to spend on 15 people per rank.

I have used BestChange for finding the best rate in order to convert Litecoin to Skrill before the Skrill adds the Bitpay for depositing USD. Mainly Ukrainian and Russian based exchanges are listed there usually with similar names <obmen>. Long story short, I choose the exchange after reading the feedback of the users on BestCahgne, this site had been around for 13 years.

Not except that they have experience promoting a campaign here, with a website with a long history, I think it's no problem for them. The only thing I'm worried about is the quality of the posters, I don't know what their selection criteria are.

That negative trust do not exist forever, they will be eliminated if they make full payment. It only protects the participants in the first phase, everything will be fine, I believe they will make all the necessary payments for this campaign.
