Im agree with you about some your thinks but not about less market size for rental market. Every year rental market growing amazing. You can see and search this details on some of website about statistics rental market. Also not think just like traveling, a lot of people traveling for business also. Adding blockchain to your project doesn't make you sound like you are somehow smarter or make this less of a scam.

Your paper doesn't say if the token have fixed utility value, and that's really the only justification for this. But it obviously doesn't, your tokenomics wouldn't make any sense in that case. Claiming that you can use this as payment without liquidity is just obvious scam.

But don't even bother to answer, even if this was done right, you would have to have a funding, a real plan (doesn't exist) and preferably already an existing infrastructure to implement tokens with fixed utility value. right now you have a website and some tokens, nothing else.

Maybe, they are fixing their whitepaper, creating a new one, at least put some effort into it and provide more substantial content. if they are already working on this project for so many months, I don't think they will give up their project easily.
