And should also have tried reaching them on there site. Via there customer care representative or by email it should have been faster over there then if no response can bring the matter to the forum.

the OP already did that(look at the links of screenshots he provided) but wasn't able to get the answer he was hoping for.

I checked the screenshots and it seems that their support is correct but made a typo when making the response. You said you took the first game which was the 5:30 one and it ended 3-0 according to betsapi. The second match was the one that ended 3-1 and not the first. You can even see the local time of the two games on your screenshot and which one matches your betslip.
