Altcoins are good for old projects and are in Coinmarketcap Top Rank. Yet I still doubt a lot of new altcoins are garbage dah does not mean all rubbish only partially become shitcoins. For short-term may be suitable if we stick to the altcoin according to their season. But for the long haul, I feel more at risk if at the time the project dies without cause.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

everyone has a different investment strategy. and one of the crypto investment strategies is to buy some of the top altcoins to increase profits. because sometimes when bitcoin goes up, most altcoins will also go up. and usually the percentage increase in altcoin is greater than bitcoin. so that if we really do altcoin we will also get a large profit. I also do this. I hold some of the top altcoins like Litecoin and Ethereum.

You are right, lookalike the crypto market is still dependent on Bitcoin. If this increase all other altcoins loud their sounds, if BTC drops they massively fall down. I personally feel that Tron will be a good investment for 2020.
vice versa. if Bitcoin price is down, then altcoin is down too. and altcoin down is greater than Bitcoin.
it means that altcoin has higher risk than Bitcoin, and higher return too

that's why I think more before buying altcoin at this time. the risk is high
moreover if we buy low cap altcoin, it will have highest risk.

This is s game only real players wins. We all come in with this concept but many get rekt. You can only apply this when you're a good trader because any price action on Bitcoin is felt on Altcoins. This works best in a bull market buy wisely some coins will not give you a 10% price increment but can give you a fifty percent loss while holding.

I see altcoin is alternative when bitcoin has negative movement altcoin can recover it. Buying many altcoin is not helping to increase profit or safety because this moment many country try to release their own coin, that bad for crypto user and market. I believe own coin already have regulation and protection, bitcoin lost value and altcoin will dying. We should focus into important think than making review about potential coins. Altcoin will survive if bitcoin has positive movement, we just need to support it by used to make money and promote new/ old project for society education.

I think the best move is to buy bitcoin first and when bitcoin reach a new big height in value use the bitcoin to buy other altcoins, the bitcoin dominance will start decreasing and altcoins will start surging in price, i think this is the best move

I do not really like investing in alt coins since some of them doesn't really give a good amount of profit at all. If I am going to invest, I would probably go to those altcoin that is on the rank because that is trusted by so many investors and I know that if its price dumps, it can easily recover because of the fact that it has so many consumers.
When compared to new coins it is true that the top coins are far superior and potentially but that does not mean that all new coins are bad. If you have observations about potential new coins, investing in them is the right thing to do, but I think for now it's hard to find potential new coins because most of them are slowly disappearing and have no value and it is true that you say that for now it's better to invest in the top coins.

This method will work in bull market, but not in the market where we are now. When Bitcoin falls, altcoin fall more. When Bitcoin grows, altcoin grow more. And this is the reason why this strategy could work and will cumulate you more Bitcoins.
It think we are in bull market already, this is the point of whole research. Wanted to do it since march 2019, but could not guess where could be the bottom. I might be wrong now, but most of the alts are at the lowest they have been. Im very confident i will succeed .
So far so good in up 6.5% in one day in btc https://prnt.sc/qnyaop
p. s.
Bitcoin and Alts looking very strong now.

Yes im playing this safe only choosing coins which are in only top 40 in coinmarketcap.
I do believe that if coin would have some fundamentals and value, it would be valued at least in top 50 in bear market. If it is only speculation, coin most likely will loose 99% in bear market and die. But also i can see few which i think are pump and dump coins still available in top 50 Wink

The problem is, the vast majority of cryptocurrency investors have little to no understanding of market dynamics, nor what constitutes a good versus a bad investment.

Because of this, inexperienced investors could easily be lulled into investing in a low-cap sh*tcoin just because it apparently has a good concept, despite there being no development or spine to the project.

As such, I would actually recommend that newbie investors don't take their financial matters into their own hands. If you're not experienced, don't enter a game where experience is key—it's as simple as that.

With that said, I recommend that new, inexperienced or trigger-happy traders look for an experience crypto finance manager, who can help grow your portfolio without doing the work.

agree 100% , everyone has to start somewhere. If you are new, play with something you can afford to loose.
My key for investing in project is to see activity( if they have working product, development and main thing users)
For new people it is better to start with the amount they can afford to lose. Actually this also applies to people who are not new even to continue to invest with the amount they feel they can bear the losses and can cover these losses slowly. And it is true that for the current project choice, we should pay more attention to how the developer updates and activates the project that is delivered.

Yes this research has to be long-term, and only use what you do not need in next few moth/years. As Crypto is still very speculative/volatile even for working products.
one day it could be 20% up next day 30% down. In long term i see a lot of use in many projects. You only loose money when you sell at loos. But history has proven when BTC bubble, alts bubble twice as big.

Great alternative, hope your experiment will run well, especially while the market is green. I would also add ZEC and DASH, because those coins were and are still very cheap and could easily outperform such coins as BCH or BSV.

Probably you should have come up with a better title since generate more bitcoin is itself a favorite scam title like from those ponzi hyips or bitcoin doublers.

I think more bitcoin by buying more altcoin is risky and totally not recommended for newbies or even for experienced people. You can never tell with altcoins.

That's certain unpredictable if newbies will look for the potentiality of any altcoins, though it had a good platforms shown according to their specific white paper but it doesn't mean we're going to trust 100% because risking your funds is totally a suicide. Even experienced person tend to lose bigger capital of money, how much more those newbies that can't even learn trading more serious. If they'll try to experiment the market trade situations, they should find more time and knowledge in order to acquire all those desirable skills, and never use bigger funds on trading unless they mastered trading completely.

Unless that newbie is rich though. He could learn through losses even if that's such a stupid idea of his to not get an advisor or get some finance manager that you mentioned.
Sometimes it becomes like a subjective investment for newbies, and they can't conceptualize what they're gonna invest.
Let's say that they just invest in Bitcoin because it gets higher in price often, like they can't think something else especially the usefulness it brought when paying bills or buying through merchants that accepts it.

Everything is risky, it just depends on how you will manage and handle yourself at risk to overcome the possible problems that you may encounter. Some newbies tend to trust and believe something without even analyzing and researching, that's the reason why most of them end up losing their own money because they don't acquire from their own experiences. It isn't bad to risk as long as you know that you can handle the outcomes of your decisions and actions, if you surely know that it is worth the risk because it can be beneficial and profitable.

And I still believe most of the alts are shitcoins. Most of them sustained with Chinese people buying them like crazy. As the economic slowdown appears in China, more people would be selling them to have a dinner. NEO makes an instant failure in my analysis. Many exchanges too would suffer and hence, Chinese exchanges tokes too would be a bad choice.
https://edition.cnn.com/2020/01/13/economy/china-2020-economy/index.html

What evidence do you have that altcoins are supported by the Chinese?

There arn't any exchanges in China. Yes, they can buy over the counter or in person - but that applies mainly to bitcoin. There isn't any peer-to-peer network to support altcoins in China.

This is not a good way at the moment, the current market is focused on bitcoin. Investors are currently selling all altcoins to move to bitcoin, and if you buy altcoin at this point, you will definitely lose if you convert it to BTC afterther. This method is only suitable for altcoin season and currently the altcoin season has not yet appeared and every is still going down every day.
