Take your deposits elsewhere, promote the new casinos you play at. The only way to affect a business is to remove the money you would have spent there and provide it to a competitor, if thye miss you then they'll try and get you back, if they don't you both just move on with your lives. This just makes you look like a thin skinned sore loser. Either way if you really are just looking for fun money you can go play at sites that gives you play money to roll with. Simple.

You could also have left them a neutral tag stating your displeasure about them discussing clients with other clients if you are so inclined.

First, you lost then you directed your frustration to a gambling site staff then got upset when you weren't able to receive rain. to be honest, you deserve to be put on a lower category for harassing a staff.
Second, take the advice of marlboroza and post the conversation to prove your case that you didn't beg. Third, but then posting your bad experience on that site and posting about it here won't do anything
and won't affect the gambling site since you started the issue when you decided to harass the gambling site staff.

I think in this case, Eddie might be referring to RainBotNG, the actual rainbot. Your VIP manager might be referring to the odds of getting rain when given by other users or staff when using the rain command.

He don't own the account which he is showing in screenshots.. and second screen shot is being an edited image, stake never show stats like that.

If you've ever messaged support/your VIP manager for stats, that is the format that they give it to you in.
