If you are from USA or Canada, you can buy 25$ of Bitcoin through credit card at https://www.tinkercoin.com/
There was an article on Coindesk about them a few weeks ago. Or if this does not work for you and you really want BTC, you can easily buy them on eBay, though it will be grossly overpriced.
