I voted for security but 2nd most important thing will be Customer Support

The only security you need is that you aren't carrying large amounts of cash in a dark alley. The machine needs to be foolproof. What types of customer service solvable problems would you anticipate?

Well, yes, you are right, it should be fooproof ! I think that supervision is necessary cause there can be some days when people are going to take a lot of money and thats why it should pe managed well to have enough money there

What's the volume that needs an ATM to be worth installing it, what fee?

Security of the ATM is important. Including the safety of the surroundings, security of the fiat inside the ATM, security of the deivce, hackproof software.

Obviously security is important, but you can't just focus on that and call it a day. You'd need more than one of these qualities to be focused on if the ATM is to be successful.
