And even we reach into $20k price of Bitcoin but not it makes assurance that ETH will fly so much. If we could remember last 2017, we only got $1k at its peak. Yes, it can't be far from $1400 but I'd think that was so difficult to reach at this time.

The current market flow isn't so strong to push the market for a big jump. May it was so early and it all been unpredictable but I'm not positive that we reach to even $1k ETH price for this year.

If Bitcoin grows to $20,000, I highly doubt that ETH will cost $1,400, I think ether will cost about $500-700.

But if bitcoin goes to $20k tomorrow that doesn't mean ETH will pass the $1400 mark. for that eth should grow in bitcoin price and not in dollar price. I really would love to see it happen, but will be hard to see Ethereum at 0.075BTC.

It is likely years until smart contracts are embedded in society and ETH gets mainstream adoption, but in the shorter term I can certainly see a decent price rise. Just not a new ATH.

Probably the highest price of ETH this year was when ETH changed to ETH 2.0, and I heard that this year will happen. however, this is indeed an overly optimistic prediction, however, there is a possibility the price may approach that. in fact, increasing the ETH price to $ 1000 is a very good move and I look forward to it.

crypto is volatile and thats the reason why its growing too much  . it would take sometime for btc to reach 20k but why must we wait for btc before other coins rise ?  why can we just do something to up those coins that we want to up  . it is possible guys   , all we gotta do is keep buying and avoid selling for now  . i dont know if the coin will not increase that way but holding without  selling is not realy possible  because most of use are also doing a business using crypto    .

I would expect the value of ETH to reach $1,000 this year, but we may need to wait a bit longer before altcoin season really begins. I think ETH is having a very good price increase over the past few weeks and if this trend can last for some time then everyone will surely make a huge profit from this coin. I don't think this window of opportunity is too small for eth because I see some high-value factors supporting eth's path, and first, we should consider this is only the first quarter, the value of eth has occurred positive changes. Does old or new coin facts? I don't think so! You can't expect a massive boost in Ethereum within a short time like the Binance IEO coins because Ethereum did those very long ago! If Bitcoin goes for a higher price then Ethereum will go higher too! But I don't think that will happen in this year, 1400$ is really far from Ethereum.

You can't compare the current vs the past because ETH in the past has ICO to boost its value but since ICO now is gone, there's not much that will push ETH on rising up, but Binance still has successful IEO and more in the future, so probably the coin will continue to appreciate.

At least it will be recovered to the good rate and that's enough to see that. i personally never aimed the big price for ethereum this year as there was no exciting event that will come this year. POS is about to be done next year. This time is a big impact caused by the halving of bitcoin in may.
