Can Ethereum reach the 1400$ mark this year?

There is possibility that ethereum will hit the $1400 this year because we have 8 months left before the end of the 2020 and that is very long and more possible to happen and ethereum can prepare to increase the price in the end of 2020.

But right now we still in the dumped of the market so once the start of pumping again we expect high chance for the ethereum to reach that price.

I think that this year ETH will not be able to grow to $ 1400, because at least by the end of the year there are 8 months left, but so far the virus does not stop and now comes the world crisis.

It too early to decide the price of ETH not to receive the $1400 price range asked by the OP because the volatility in nature of crypto market can suddenly the market trend into ridiculous surge in price of the market. With that been said, the pandemic is the major thing i see hindering the bullish market now but everything is still possible though.

$1400 is unrealistic, there are better altcoins with high ROI. The current price of the ETH is following the footprints of the BTC, the same is true for other altcoins. At the end of year, low oil prices will be the reason for the crashed stock market, DJI and SPx can hit the lowest points since the 2018 crisis which can crash the crypto market too. ETH wouldn't have a chance to survive in this market conditions.

That can only be happen, if we will get another Bullmarket like 2017. Whether there will be another one this year is written in the stars.
But I think 500$ is realistic (without a bullmarket) if it works with ETH 2.0. Many people will buy ETH for staking then.

It is quite difficult that the crypto market has lost many investors. due to greedy sharks and too long and short kill accounts and now people are still in a panic and don't want to go back to the crypto market anymore. we can see now that everyone is smarter and won't be trapped in FOMO anymore, so it's hard to break the old ATH. the pedemic corona problem is not a barrier for investors who see a good opportunity for ethereum's progress. still will search and save ethereum. because investors believe that ethereum will have a great chance to increase. although maybe not for this year because the current world economy is also disrupted, it will indirectly affect.

Nothing is possible, but the likelihood that ETH will grow to $1,400 is still very small, I think that this year ETH can grow no higher than $500. Time will tell you what will happen

I don't doubt the ETH price will cross the $500 but there is so many FUD around the crypto ecosystem. Crossing the $500 level is highly doubtful and I don't think the price will even touch the $1000 market until the end of next year.

Nothing is right compared to the previous bull market years but this year has started very bad in terms of the economic shutdown. You know whole economy is a big cycle and breaking this cycle will collapse the whole market asset prices.

Are the numbers to be achieved ethereum realistic?    Bottom line is that Ethereum is a great investment for long-term holding! I agree with TyoA7X, Ethereum future
is somehow granted, there are risks, but until now Ethereum proved itself and with right we can expect great
