Can Ethereum reach the 1400$ mark this year?

There is no assurance yet that ETH will again reach at its ATH even if there is a bull run, as you can see, it's only bitcoin that is bullish and altcoins now are just slowly following the movement, a new bull run could be different from the past bull run particularly in 2017.

You are right, every coin price will depend upon the price of Bitcoin, so predicting huge prices for ETH is not possible like which was happening in the year 2017, as of now, Bitcoin is not bullish which the coin price is fluctuating vary hugely and this makes increased altcoins prices are losing their value. So it is very hard to predict in the current situations.

Maybe after this pandemic solved everything will be better. ETH is my favorite coin, and l don't think that 230$ is the right price of ETH. Maybe as you above mentioned  ETH will reach 400$ till the end of the year. ETH will reach sooner or later, but 1400$ is just so amazing number for ETH for me. The best price for ETH we can see at the end of the year, but doubt what will happen. It seems it will take a long time to see something good about altcoins.

I, too, no longer believe that we will see the previous ATH because $ 1,400 is too high a price for 1 ETH. I think we can see $ 800-900 in 2021 but this year it will not be higher than 300 $

We have basically have another 6 months to go but yes, $1400 is still very far from horizon. Maybe $500 is more than possible at the end of this year but $1400 is quite difficult to reach. But if bitcoin will be gonna in bullish trend, eth will follow the trend and we don't know how far it can reach. Just prepare yourself for whatever may happen in the next coming months.
