2019 wasn't the best season for altcoins but I believe that the market would still go better this time. The market situation is now getting better and it's an advantage because it will be another opportunity for most holders to have hopes of gaining a good profit in the future. There are upcoming good events for crypto which will surely affect most altcoins positively.

2019 is also second to the best for altcoin because we have seen some high growth in the 3rd quarter though was not enough compared to what we get in 2017 December.but you are right because 2020 is Halving time and everything looking for possibilities of making Good profit more than what we got in 2017,so the chance is here now what we all need is to Hold and acquire as many as we can.

I think Altcoins will have their day when we have a bubble in bitcoin market, so altcoins could drop another 50% from today in satoshi value. also I definitely think the bull market has started already in bitcoin market, but the gains won't happen all at once. We don't see any results of the halving now with altcoins, and what's reality now was only the declining price. There's no positive signs for increasing price, and I only view some trending movement with bitcoin which opposite on altcoins. Hopefully this year would have another surprise as expected.

Bitcoin will certainly rise this year as the uptrend is starting to return to this market and creating lots of new investment opportunities for everyone. I think Altcoin will soon follow Bitcoin and surely altcoin season will make all investors feel more excited to invest. However, for this to happen, Bitcoin price needs to reach $10,000 and people have to invest more in this market.

That just my thinking but this certainly won't happen right now because the bear market can still come back anytime if price of Bitcoin is unable to rise in the near future.

Agree, we can not know the answer to this question when recent events, changes of the market only partially indicate the opportunities and contexts that may occur but for such vague information, if someone forces us to assert, that is not possible, don't say ordinary analysts like us, not even experts will be able to provide an accurate result.
