I hope you guys remember him from last year, CSW sued him for defamation, because the 'cat' called him a scammer, damaging his supposedly reputation. Then he put up a bounty of $5k to reveal the person behind the persona. And as per his tweet, the court dismissed the case because of lack of jurisdiction, they are going to Norway, but I think the result will be the same. So it looks like CSW is losing all his battle in the frontline.

I agree, he really thought that he can steam roll everyone who went against his way. Hodlonaut drama was big last year and today we learn that it was a case not CSW is not going to win at any court.

BSV is an altcoin and people keep posting about it in the Bitcoin discussion forum every day.

Indeed, its a win - win scenario for Craig because if Hodlonaut wins, it automatically label Craig a scammer and all this drama will automatically end.

But we can't help but to discuss it because it gives us more information on what is happening aside from the Bitcoin market.  It also warn us of people to avoid and not to trust.

In reality, it's very hard to prove it, so if there will be trial in Norway, it will likely not be about whether CWS is Satoshi or not, just like the ongoing case with Kleiman isn't about it too. CSW is pretty much a joke in the bitcoin community right now with his absurd claims of being Satoshi Nakamoto. He doesn't even have anything in him that could make us convinced he is indeed the creator of bitcoin other than his flawed arguments and his antics online. I don't know why people are wasting so much money and time over this joke. But happy to see hodlonaut clean this messup for himself.

Every time that there's a news about him, there would be folks that will post it here so expect it. He's already in different articles and several media outlets which does really contributes to what he wants, fame.

CSW is not picking his battles right. He is picking every possible battle, even against a cat. And the sad thing is that even this small case will go to the garbage bin. In the end even CSW will go to the garbage bin himself.

He is not picking his battles because he is to ego-centric. An individual like that, usually thought that he can win every war. For sure Hodlonaut win here, easy fight for him. As for CSW, his aura is invincibility (or so at he thought) will crumble down when this case are going to be throw out of the window, regardless on who's jurisdiction will handle this case, no merit whatsoever, complete trolling.

Was this case the reason why Binance delisted BSV? If my memory serves me right, Craig filed a lawsuit in UK because the burden of proof that he is not the real Satoshi lies on the accuser instead of craig providing evidence that he's the real one.

CSW doesn't stand a chance in front of an honest Norwegian court - they don't lose time and can't be bribed or something like that. I do hope that someone will sue CSW for being an impostor and strip him away from both his fame and finances.
