No you should not Support coins like this .. it doesnt even have a website .. 0 Added value  just another dev trying to make a quick buck .(sry dev u might be the exception to the rule but you'd be the first)
all these "new" coins with under construction coming soon are scams by people adding nothing to the community just trying to drain the community of their btc.
also a 04:00 launch time in europe is horrible.
the time i took typing this is more time then anyone should have wasted on this coin ,, another DOA NEXT!.
