Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

ever had the thought that ira is actually on CSW side and just playing the frenemy game.

next ira will do a peter todd and say how CSW has shown proof the tulip trust is real (privately) to quash the case. but then that case would be presented to the australian gov as proof of validation to get the ATO off his back..

all without actually showing public proof. just courtcase and media drama as his supposed proof
basically IRA and CSW preplanned the game to always have IRA lose in court as the proof of ira losing becomes fake proof of CSW win

analogy
heck i can ask a friend to accuse me that i do not have ownership of the moon and then in court get him to tell the court my friend has been handed proof i do own the moon..
then i can go around and tell people that the court has judged that i own the moon

but yea.. smart people will know i dont own the moon and the courtcase was just drama of meaningless nonsense

CSW already failed the 'satoshi test' when he sidestepped saying tulip had satoshi stash coins.. to later declare he had (now known as mtgox keys) as his tulip collateral.

but even then. the collateral has already been busted as not CSW as they have been proven to be MTgox funds and other peoples that CSW just grabbed PUBLIC keys of

Ira Kleiman will win this case, because craig cannot open proving that he is Satoshi and opened all the wallet's addresses and even he has failed to prove him Satoshi, many people seem disappointed since the BSV party yesterday, because they are BSV lovers hoping to destroy bitcoin, because they believe craig fakesatoshi will replace it with BSV, but only in a dream

the whole business surrounding CSW is a farce, its unbelievable how
long its gone on.

This headline gives me mixed feelings:

Why Has Bitcoin SV (BSV) Plunged By 40% From Its $450 Peak?

https://www.newsbtc.com/2020/01/18/bitcoin-sv-bsv-plunged-40-percent-peak-why/

I am happy it has dropped so much, it needs to drop another 60%,
then on the other hand I feel sorry (a little bit) for the people who
have been taken in by fake Satoshi.

Regarding CSW v Kleiman, that too is a farce of building blocks
that will come tumbling down around everyone involved.

How about, I bet, if Craig will win, I will give you 10,000 BTC, if Ira will win, you will give me 1 BTC? It is a far better bet than yours, any bookie will tell you that you should take it any day of the year!

PM me and agree. I don't have 10,000 BTC, but then you don't have 100 BTC either.

Everything would be much simpler if the judge stops and orders Craig Wright to move one of the coinbase outputs from, maybe the first 500 blocks? Until that transaction, he is not Satoshi.

Everything would be much simpler if the judge stops and orders Craig Wright to move one of the coinbase outputs from, maybe the first 500 blocks? Until that transaction, he is not Satoshi.

if you actually followed the drama (aka done research)
you would know back in 2017 CSW denied having coinds from 2009-2010 and showed a bunch of public keys associates with transactions from 2011-2013 (some of which turned out as MTGox funds)

recently CSW said he was handed a encrypted file of 16000 PUBLIC KEYS as his supposed 'tulip stash'

the whole IRA kleiman is not about proving CSW has the 2009-2010 stash. but that the tulip trust actually have viable collateral of some form. which just needs ira to say 'yea i seen something handed to me by craig and i believe it so i will withdraw my case against him'. whether true or not

anyway
part of it is to contest who owns the tulip trust. thus delay the australian tax office from dragging anyone into court.
next is to delay it all together..  hoping to get passed the 'statute of limitations'

basically he got reported in april 2013 and has 7 years(based on australian law) to escape having to repay.. meaning april 2020

he just wants to escape having to repay funds he scammed.

..
aside from evading repaying what he owes. he is also hoping to use the case to try proving he is satoshi so that if ATO does extend the deadline. CSW till can try delaying things with his fake proof.

its all been one hell of a big drama of scamming and evading.. by basically layering lie upon lie

beyond trying to evade the ATO. he also used the tulip trust scam to then re-scam independant parties and businesses. so also needs to fool them into thinking he is mr bitcoin richguy.. else they will slam down on him too.
his followers like calvyn are only following because they invested alot into CSW and if CSW loses face, calvyn gets nothing. so calvyn is following CSW trying to hope CSW can scam more people and sell fake patents and other crap to repay calvyn before it all falls flat.

short story is CSW is not rich. he is just a person in debt spending other peoples money faking records of what assets he has of his own(he has none)

The Craig Wright saga is getting to be interested everyday with many twists and turns but the bottom line is that he is a man of many big lies and yes trying to cover up one lie with another lie. He is destined to end up as the most famous liar in the footnote of the history of cryptocurrency. Still, I do admire a little of him because up to now he is still up and running even if his time is getting shorter. What can become of Craig Wright is one exciting thing to watch...so let's just sit back and relax for this grand entertainment as the plot and the grave the man are inventing thicken. And yeah, good luck to his loyal followers and supporters.

This faketoshi aka Craig Wright has gain enough popularity because of his fake claims. There are numerous ways he can prove himself as satoshi one is signing to satoshi bitcointalk.org account n sending messages. It's time for him to go beyond bars.

3rd Feb - Mark this date on your calendar! Because this is the date when CSW will have to prove his ownership on the bitcoins that rightfully belongs to Satoshi! So everything will become clear on that date which just two weeks away from now!

I am just wondering what happened to the bonded courier from Tulip Trust? Literally I didn't hear anything about it till date after it emerges from shadow! Do you have any news?

Well, here is the news you are probably looking for.

https://decrypt.co/16998/confirmed-craig-wright-doesnt-have-keys-to-8-billion-of-bitcoin

That bonded courier has finally arrived and it was bringing all of the 16,404 Bitcoin addresses. The said addresses are already submitted to Kleiman’s estate. Unfortunately, the courier was only bringing information pertaining to the addresses. That is in contrary to what CSW has claimed earlier under oath that the “encrypted file” contains both the addresses and the private keys.

Well, that settles it for now. There are no private keys to those addresses. However, CSW is still saying he will be receiving them later. Another delaying tactic.

Why Has Bitcoin SV (BSV) Plunged By 40% From Its $450 Peak?

this has always been another proof of one of the real motivations behind CSW scams. it is to earn a shitton of money. without all that drama a shitcoin such as BSV  would have been dead like the other 50+ bitcoin-somthings that were  created in 2017. but all the lies and scams and the money he used to pump this shitcoin is giving him profit.
BSV is the clear example of how the altcoin pump and dump scheme works.

There is a FOMO brewing...

Yeah, right.Craig Wright will most likely lie that Satoshi's account on bitcointalk was hacked years ago and the password is changed(and there's no stake btc address for proof that he is the account owner). Grin
If the OP really wants to bet 100 BTC,he must send the coins to a trusted escrow and wait for the outcome.
I wouldn't bet 2 cents on a disgusting scammer like CJW,even if there's a minimal chance for him to win.

Actually no one is going to win. Dave died with many secrets and this stupid Craig wright has no idea how to access the funds of Dave Kleiman and won't share anything even if he have. I'm afraid it is a large amount of Bitcoins lost forever as a early bitcoin miner didn't shared his keys to his family.

.BIG WINNER!.

There is no case, so there will be no winner.
Ira maybe just thinks, that CSW has 1 Mio Bitcoins, because CSW announced he had it (which he most likely hasn't)
All documents provided by CSW are fake. CSW is not Satoshi Nakamoto and Dave Kleiman, who could have been Satoshi Nakamoto, is dead.
I remember CSW was unsuccessfully trying to get his hands on Dave's encrypted hard disks, probably because he thought there would be 1 Mio Bitcoins somewhere on these disks.
If Ira has Dave's disks, there is a small possibility, that he can find out the passwords to the encrypted disks and take control of these Bitcoins, without suing anywone.

Bitcoin is not a bubble, it's the pin!

if you think dave is satoshi
if u think the tulip trust did actually have collateral
if you think craig even knew the real satoshi
. you have much to learn

dave did not have bitcoins. he was just a notary to CSW file of public keys. dave got suckered into thinking CSW had loads of coins by seeing loads of public addresses.
dave had no big involvement in bitcoin and dave had no large stash of coins.

dave and csw were not anything related to the real satoshi.

ever had the thought that ira is actually on CSW side and just playing the frenemy game.

next ira will do a peter todd and say how CSW has shown proof the tulip trust is real (privately) to quash the case. but then that case would be presented to the australian gov as proof of validation to get the ATO off his back..

all without actually showing public proof. just courtcase and media drama as his supposed proof
basically IRA and CSW preplanned the game to always have IRA lose in court as the proof of ira losing becomes fake proof of CSW win

analogy
heck i can ask a friend to accuse me that i do not have ownership of the moon and then in court get him to tell the court my friend has been handed proof i do own the moon..
then i can go around and tell people that the court has judged that i own the moon

but yea.. smart people will know i dont own the moon and the courtcase was just drama of meaningless nonsense

You have a nice theory and logic here. The bottomline of this case is just money and fame? But it is really indeed poor attempt of deceiving people because it is crystal clear that he is lying to the public. He should hide himself for this shame but I seriously doubt he ever knew the word of shame. Time to give up his dream. Or is he living in lies and dreams?

Almost nobody here have 100 btc hah.
Anyway, court will never be on Craig side

Unfortunately yes. Most people who held 100BTC back in the day when you actually could afford it sold it when the value jumped to 1k USD or so. They thought that a 100x profit is great and we shouldn't be greedy. That's also what I thought once, but then bitcoin showed me that I was wrong.

Kleiman will win, unless they settle somehow. Craig doesn't have proof and when you stall the enemy starts to smell blood and will not stop because he knows he has you. If I were Kleiman I'd push it to the Supreme Court if that's what it takes.
