Maybe the address is 1MM7nxN8GzvHcTWJcbypfYoUhs1NnvrgvJlet. I have searched after remove the last 3 letters let and see this is visible on blockchain and this address has also some balance 1.52400000 BTC but it has not also any outgoing transaction.

For now, it's too hard to trace if the wallet is owned by an exchange/wallet since it seems those addresses are new generated wallets without any transaction history other than the first transfer of more than 1+ btc each which I think the one you're saying about the stolen funds from different people.

Coins are still unspent, so you should keep in eye on these address. They didn't send to any exchange yet. Most likely this person using non-custodial wallet.

Anyway, you could trace them from Wallet Exploere if they spent and send to an exchange. But it would difficult if they genarate brand new addresses.

Final destination has been traced, all funds went on 1Kr6QSydW9bFQG1mXiPNNu6WpJGmUa9i1g  & wallet name (00000ff1c2221976). Interesting thing is this address is involved with fraudulent and reported previously on Bitcoin Address Lokup. And this address two times reported on Bitcoinabuse, a person reported with WhatsApp number of this fraud as well ( +18724652158).  I am not sure if reporter post correct number, you may take a look there.  

Today's transaction not yet recorded on wallet explorer, so likely tomorrow you can trace more details. That guy mixed up his coins. He is sending fund to different addresses including some exchange. But I think mostly fund went to Huobi.com-2 wallet. I have traced one of his transaction from yesterday. Transaction ID 0d14ef9e968863cc11d11ef5e3495e09e38a777e0264d79b47e4f6337546558c and address, 19fAhJErUPJ4S4nmooYMA1X9S5hWAMxkmz.
That guy regularly sending fund on this address 19fAhJErUPJ4S4nmooYMA1X9S5hWAMxkmz which is part of Huobi Exchange.

So, final destination is Huobi.com, now you may try to contact with them.
