What I have seen for people who are asking for donations are making exceptional articles that are very helpful to the community. And at the end of that article, they are putting their different crypto addresses, bitcoin, eth, litecoin, and many more.

Also in youtube channels, the content creators are also doing the same. They are putting it on their descriptions so that if someone who wants to donate and appreciated the video that they've made, they'll donate.

I do not think it is appropriate for anyone to ask for donations on twitter, rather i would suggest you to visit bounties section in this forum, there you will find many campaigns and you can earn coins by promoting new projects on twitter if you want, there are many other tasks available as well so choose what you like to do and earn yourself some tokens.

Some people have already bought good points about social media promotion but when you are wanna joining on it and you must complete all of the requirements and the payment will be based on the stake about how much token you will receive that in your wallet after the promotion. I think for the moment there are no promoters who can make donations for promotions on Twitter.
Maybe this is arguably more into the bounty. Because social media is part of the promotion of a coin too.

look for small coins wanting to expand, i have seen some running promos, trying to get users
if you have a popular twitter they might wanna partner up, tho personally "crypto twitter" to me is for those without the balls for a real forum

you can participate in bounty or find any service offer in the services section that need a tweet for project thats the only way to earn crypto but its not donation its a payment for your job.

I already stop joining social media campaign. If there will be a chance to join in social media campaign that offers weekly payment with fix amount, I'll be happy to do it but if not then don't as it will only be a waste time and not many developers pays nowadays.

The only way is to join many giveaways in twitter and win it. For promotion like you said he can join bounty but there is no guaranteed payment for participating it and a chance that you will get only a small payment and the payment is thier own coins.

It is very difficult for that to happen, nobody wants to send their money for free. So donate is not a very optimistic solution, it is better to join the bounty and look for quality projects to join. If you're lucky, we will definitely get more money, do not expect donates from readers
