For sale, three Ethereum GPU mining rigs are professionally installed in 19-inch server cases for better cooling and protection against dust contamination.
The rigs are in a complete package including housing in a data center in the Netherlands. The electricity costs here amount to 0.099 euros / kWh net. The package includes a remaining credit for electricity, which is sufficient until March 7, 2020 at full load. The data center also offers high availability. Downtimes hardly ever occur.
The operating system is Hiveos, which enables full remote access to the miners. All values ​​such as hash rate, temperature and power consumption can be checked and any settings made here.

I am going to go out on a limb here and say the miners are not essentially yours once the electrical cost covered up until march are over.
So this is infact a rental agreement. Sort of like how the cloudmining craze was.
