I tried https://bitimix.com they took just 1% fee and it works within 5 mins.

Bitcoin mixer list: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2827109.0

The most reputable mixer around here is no doubt Chipmixer. They've been operating for a few years now and have an excellent reputation AFAIK, always responding to complaint promptly.

Is this a new website? Sounds very similar to https://bitmix.biz. Are you sure they're not a phishing site?

There are a lot of alternatives out there that have lower fees and probably safer to use. I second the option to use Chipmixer.

Definitely, Chipmixer is the best one, https://chipmixer.com. But I think the others are also worth considering. Especially those who have low fees. Just take a look : SmartMixer, Wasabi Wallet, CryptoMixer, or PrivCoin. Yeah, it is in my view, you can choose what you think better, buddy.

Is the site address correct? I don't find out it on the trusted list here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2827109.0

I just see : BitMix.Biz & MyBitMix.

It's also what came to my mind but I this isn't safe for me. The site was newly created few days ago.

Chipmixer is still the most reliable mixer this day.

Whenever i see a brand new account that only made  posts in order to tell the forum how great a certain service worked for them, only one thing pops to mind: This is either the owner or somebody payed by the owner for the sole purpose of being able to spam the link to his/her service without getting banned for spamming.

If this is your service: please create a proper [ANN] thread instead of posing as a newbie to promote your link.

What i see (so far):
  • no cloudflare Smiley
  • link to tor is broken... "Visit us on TOR", but no tor uri...
  • i can't create a session to test anything... I'm greated with the message: "Please match the requested format" when i enter an amount... Nowhere to find which format is requested tough.. I just followed the placeholder format, but that seems to be incorrect. EDIT: i finally figured out i had to pad the float with 0's...
  • no letter of guarantee
  • i'm dyslectic, but the grammar errors hurt my eyes...

Recently, the number of these mixer websites has started to increase rapidly. And such uncontrolled increases are always dangerous. I think you should follow the topics in the forum before using these platforms. This is one of the most effective ways to use this forum. Thus, you can see the contributors to the forum and you will be notified before something bad happens to you. We already have a lot of options at hand. Their ANN pages will always be up to date. If there is a problem, someone will definitely report it from there. Undoubtedly ChipMixer is one of the best options. If I need use one of these choices, I definitly pick Chipmixer.

Never heard of that mixer before, you should be careful on using unknown mixer since it might be a phishing scam and your coin may be at risk so I suggest to be extra careful on which mixer service you're  going to send your coins.

alternatively there are some reputable mixers here in the forum you can use them safely. I don't accused bitmix.biz however they don't have any reputations yet and according to @mocacinno's review most of them are negative, so please be careful.

How many people missed the second "i" in the domain name. Those "almost" domain names usualyy indicate a phishing or scam site, so take care guys.

Does anyone know which of the mixers were bought by the US government?

There’s an old 2014 Ann thread promoting that alleged mixer, the thread being active at the time for less than a week (see BitiMix.com New bitcoin mixing service ).

The whoIs information stated that the site was registered a few days ago. It looks like some shady crap that is trying to piggyback on an old (alleged and infamous) mixer name.

We have 14 historical records for Bitimix.com.
The oldest record dates back more than 5 years.
There are at least 10 significant changes.
About 85% of the records publish domain name ownership data; the rest use a privacy or proxy service.

The best way is to avoid it the OP seems fake anyways.

I just checked the site and so far no Reddit links can be found there if they really come back they include it there or at least bumped the original ANN thread they made here. Seems you're looking for legit mixer sites yet you already did mix it on that site look likes a paid promotion or a bait to me.

That makes zero sense. I'm pretty sure that most people wouldn't blindly try out a mixer they found in a post 5+ years old, especially with how there are a couple of very reliable mixers available with a proven track record already.

Also, how do you know it works fine? They might share your information directly with the NSA. Or it might be an NSA honeypot. You can't just assume a mixer works fine just because the mixer spits out coins. I think you are behind the domain that has been registered about 4 days ago.  Roll Eyes

At any point one of those "reliable mixers available" could turn into a very legit NSA information provider, so if anyone's intentions are about privacy, I'd say Monero is the way to do it.

I remember those Hitman websites on the dark web which were closed many years later after they've received tons of BTC and actually killed nobody. I also remember the trades on silk road (or a similar website, but still on the dark web) cops did to catch drug dealers. You never know who's behind the screen on the other end. You blindly trust? You can get as deep as you think in the crap you've just put yourself into.

But warning to all users checking out the OP's link, be careful and don't rush to use a questionable service. The link is suspicious because there already is a service called BITmix.com, OP's is BITImix.. it's easy to confuse these two domains and it's easy to mistype the names too. I don't want to damage the image of any of the two in case one is legit (or maybe even both), but there are many cases of people buying domains similar to popular ones with phishing intentions, because we often mistype links/words so it's easy to access a fake website. Carefully choose the services you're putting your money into.

When it comes to Mixing service then only trust up Chipmixer (period) with this one and the rest? better not to consider it out.
I highly believe OP is just promoting indirectly this Bitcoin mixer which havent even recognized by majority.
This is just an another day of a noob tries to ask something but actually trying to introduce their own site or been paid off by the owner.

You're thinking exactly what I'm thinking, a phishing site but I'm a little more skeptical, I believe this entire thread is an attempt to lure potential victims.
Yeah I thought the exact same thing.
These mixer services are the easiest for users to be fooled around.
Your money basically get lost in different transactions and you won't be able to tell for sure where your funds come.

Absolutely. It just makes me uncomfortable whenever I see a new mixer pop up with how easy it is to set one up, for you and for the authorities.

I'm not into Monero so I can't say where it stands in terms of privacy, and how exactly we know that there haven't been printed coins out of thin air. It's much easier for me to keep using Chipmixer than to get into an illiquid altcoin and hope everything will be alright. I rather just dive into coinjoin pools, which for small amounts do seem to work fine from what I have seen people say.
