Craig Wright is undoubtedly a famous if not notorious figure in the crypto-industry. The entrepreneur has been involved in several notable controversies and is one of the most polarizing celebrities for the crypto-community.

Bitcoin SV, a Bitcoin fork headed by Craig Wright and Calvin Ayre, is a similarly polarizing phenomenon.

The last few days were quite busy for Wright, as he was litigating over a case involving a stash of 1.1 million BTC they mined together with David Kleiman.

While the case is an important story in its own right, it might have also affected the recent BSV price surge that had been unexpected to many, considering the negative publicity.

On January 14th, the price of BSV started rising, reaching the level of $450 per coin on some exchanges. For comparison, in December 2019, BSV was worth around $70. Yet, as soon as Craig Wright has been proven to have no access to the stash, BSV plunged and is currently remaining below $300.

The BSV is promoted to the market through only one vehicle - Controversy! And if that particular parameter is gone, there's no good way left for CSW to promote BSV. Which is actually on the verge of happening! Because the court given him date till 3rd Feb to prove his ownership on 1.1 million bitcoins that Satoshi mined with David Kleiman. Apparently, the community believes that CSW is no Satoshi and the court is likely to seal that belief if nothing unexpected happens! But something you said that's not is that the BSV was not Bitcoin fork cause it was actually created by stemming Bitcoin Crash another shit coin.

Although Satoshi is the inventor of BTC, the fact about Bitcoin is that Satoshi doesn't hold any power. There is 100% decentralization with Bitcoin. That said, I don't think that either Craig Wright or Dave Kleiman has anything to do with Satoshi. If Mr. Wright was the real Satoshi, then he could have proved the same through multiple methods. @Ansi, If the real Satoshi does appear today nothing change the power of the whales price manipulations but every investment is control by the whales and what i learned is that the BTC inside the Satoshi wallet could do alot of damage to bitcoin rice in the market.

We can give it a try for BSV, just for a test if ever there's positive result it might gain good all over time. If ever the outcome is good, then increasing behavior looks very promising when the right time comes. For now we still need to observe what this coin could do to gain influence from bigger investors.
The rapid increase looks impressive, but how long it may sustain in the long run as market was getting too aggressive while bitcoin on survival mode.

This will only benefit traders or whales who keep playing with their money in order to gain profits. How can you say a wonderful coin if the project indeed only increase due to hype and shilling. I dont think that's a good image for cryptocurrency for investors. IMO, BSV will go down continuously since they only having wraths on social media about CW case of claiming btc creator.

anyone can claim to be satoshi, especially if you are already famous and have a reputation so people will be easily provoked.
I am also surprised that some say the increase in BSV is purely due to demand and market conditions, which I doubt because it is very unnatural, even the BTC did not rise that high in 1 day, except for the last bull in 2017.

With the above data, we see that BSV is really a shit coin and it only survives on Craig's reputation. This is one of the things that long-term investors should avoid to avoid huge losses. Craig is really losing the trust of so many people here, so if Craig is not legally aware of the properties, he will soon withdraw from BSV and leave a pile of rubbish.
