Allegation: This is a scam exchange

What Happened?
The fraudster makes contact through social media or email asking for help to make withdrawal from the exchange citing geographic challenge or other frivolous reasons. When the user signs up, they're scammed of any deposits made. This is actually an old technique in which the funds are moved to the new user's account but they can't withdraw until they made a deposit. The deposited fund is lost to the fraudster.

The site is a close clone of CEX.IO

URL: https://biteffer.com

The scammer is possibly a member of the forum as they got my contact here. We already published the scam on our site.

Just Think it, I'll Write it

After reading your thread its quite hard to know what actually happened with you or anyone else. To make a proper scam accusation you have to provide evidences against that exchange. I am not seeing any reliable information here which can prove that they are doing something that you described on your thread. If you have valid screenshots or anything else which will make the matter clear for all readers. I will suggest you to visit this section's pinned post where you will get the proper format of opening a scam accusation and edit your thread with more evidences (screenshot, sources).

Hope you gonna follow that and we will be able to get the real matter from your thread. You can use below format,
