You might want to provide some more information about the salary or wage expectations available for each role.

Most of the time, the best quality candidates will not apply if they're not absolutely certain the job is well remunerated. Also, it indicates that the employer lacks sufficient funds if they don't even list the payment on offer.

That, or they're going to try to negotiate, which also indicates a poorly funded project.

Can you confirm that you're paying in fiat/stable cryptocurrencies, or are you paying in illiquid project tokens or equity?

This isn't the matter of dealing with newbies or higher ranked members. Some maybe trying to build a good reputation, they deserve a chance here. There are also bad people on the platform above. It's the responsibility of the person hiring to do the selection.
We here are the one that needs to be careful of not working for free.
