I guess the question here is how are you going to pay those freelancers? BTC or your native token?
The reason why I'm asking is because most developers here prefer to be paid with BTC, just saying.
And one thing, you may received a lot of applications coming from a newbie, so just be careful. There are many scammers plying this community, so be very vigilant of every applicants.
Hi the information regarding on payments is not show can you provide it here on what payment option you will give to your workers is it in BTC or in your native tokens? since I'm sure many people ask this since there are freelancers who doesn't want to receive a token with no value and almost all of us now want to receive in BTC or in other crypto's which is listed on exchange.

Making salaries public could result in some talents not even submitting their application, but it is also important for some to keep their salary private. I look at each application personally and then invite the selected applicants to an interview. Then we will be talking about the desired salary.
Of course everyone can ask me their questions and I will try to answer them as soon and as good as possible. The salary question: The salary would be paid in cryptocurrencies.
Might help to inform the community what they are actually applying for. I don't know anyone that is actually good at what they do who is willing to just submit an application without even knowing the general details of the work entailed. I understand that you haven't gone public yet, however I'm sure you can at least provide more details than you have if you are truly serious about finding creatives and professionals to work with you.
