What is best option for prevent scam about receive Neteller?
How about video verification for every transfer? (Need show me his ID and Face and sending money on my watch to escrow or me)

Expecting wise answers!

Use currency exchange board. Always try to deal with people who have good feedback. Don't forget to check their feedback. Better you go with escrow if you are having a big exchange. Don't trust any newbie, of course.
I don't know if netteler can be charged back, if possible, make sure you are dealing with someone who have trading records of netteler.
Be aware of impersonator if you are going to communicate in other channel/medium.

Thank you for advice.
I will offer very good rate if risk is removed.

Just make sure to ask for the source of funds. If the money originally came from a credit card, bank account or any other reversible payment, you'll be at risk. However, if the funds came from Bitcoin, or from another Neteller user, you should be safe.

I can vouch for Shasan if you're looking for someone to trade with (I've dealt with him multiples times): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5102555.0

Thank you for advise.
I also want to deal with Shasan but his rate is too high. I think the rate under 4%.He is 10%.

In your advise , I don't understand why "From another Neteller user" is will be safe , I thought this is most risk condition.
And thanks for you ,now got to know "from credit card, bank account" are at risk.
