Dogecoin website only recommends their core wallet (which was not so long ago updated!), but maybe you can ask on Dogecoin Reddit or their ANN for advises on a good wallet, preferably one that doesn't need the whole blockchain.
In the past I've been using Multidoge, but I don't know if it's still good.

Online wallets are always a risk, even the ones that are not scam. If you want to have happy days in crypto, start avoiding them.

I sent all documents. My passport, selfie, ID, bank statement, screenshots... Its my money, ublock my account. You steal my dogecoins, and you ask each time new and new documents. I sent everything to you, look at the history and check everything. Are you protecting my wallet from me? Or complaints to my wallet? If not, then open a profile and I will take my money and will not work with you anymore. This amount is not the first time on my wallet.

I believe that they are selective scammers so you may have an opportunity to get your money back by cooperating with the support team.
Since you have sent the required documents, complete all the requirements to the end and check what will happen.

I wonder how could someone prove their coins are theirs by showing identity proof when the account never had identity provided before. IP addresses and maybe device names & Google accounts (I don't think Google login is used for Freewallet but whatever) aside, how can you make sure the person who has shown identity proof is the same person who had the wallet up to that point?

If I found a dollar on the street and told you I earned it and did not steal it, giving you my ID will not serve as proof that it wasn't stolen. If what I'm saying doesn't make any sense, someone please explain it to me.

I am honestly afraid to use cryptocurrencies on any website as a deposit due to exactly this fear that I might be required to verify my identity but only AFTER depositing. Why not require it when creating an account instead? If you let me send you money anonymously but force me to let you know who I am when I want my money back, I call it a scam.

Not really. Laws say something else.

My big question is why are users allowed to anonymously deposit money, but are requested identity proof when withdrawing. If verification is required, it should be right from the creation of an account.

It sounds like a fishy move to be because some users (me included) would like to keep their profile low. I'm not doing any shady activity, but if I deposit money on a website anonymously and they then request me identity proof to withdraw, I would most likely prefer considering it a loss and move on. The money stays on the platform, it's not under my ownership anymore.

Please answer me this !?   How you say you simply want to secure his transactions , and you'd like to identify him as the rightful owner . But from where you know who is the rightful owner of the account considering he was allowed to deposit the large amount without any KYC procedure ?  What if I make an account , I deposit a large amount of coins , then someone hacks my account , he tryes to wd , you ask them for KYC , the hacker aswell can pass KYC considering u have no prior information on me , so KYC is irrelevant .

This unfortunately happened with Bittrex too. Back in 2017 (or was it 2016? Cannot remember) they decreased the withdrawal limit for unverified users to 0BTC, which means you weren't able to withdraw even a 1/10 of a penny. Users were all forced to verify their identity to take their money out of the exchange. However, you could've deposited a million dollars if you wanted with no verification requirement.

Poloniex, on the other side (I used to support it back then, but since Justin bought it it's turned to sh*t..), has also decreased at the time their limits. However, they were fair: existing in verified accounts had verification requirement on DEPOSIT and no requirement for withdrawals.

This is a very crappy move from Freewallet in my opinion. I never had a wallet thanks to the warnings from most reviews the wallet has.

I'm reading this thread and I'm almost slapping my head, because it's patently ridiculous to ask for KYC documents for providing a wallet for dogecoin.  That's an obvious scam to anyone who's been into crypto for a while and has seen how many scammers there are--but it's the newbies who get scammed by these sorts of tricks.  I feel bad for you, OP.

I'm reading this thread and I'm almost slapping my head, because it's patently ridiculous to ask for KYC documents for providing a wallet for dogecoin.  That's an obvious scam to anyone who's been into crypto for a while and has seen how many scammers there are--but it's the newbies who get scammed by these sorts of tricks.  I feel bad for you, OP.

Well, this what they are looking for those newbies that dont have any idea on a crypto wallet. They are selectively scam people and asking KYC verification when you are going to transfer your fund. Sorry for your loss and you should learn on these mistakes in choosing them to store your crypto asset.

Perhaps it is the same as you a newbie in crypto. How about those people dont know where to post their complaint? Maybe not only you were falling on their trap.
