What happened: Trustshift.me exchange claims that they have no logs FOREVER, and they will work in any country worldwide.
Looks very suspicious to me, and after we saw similar exchanges freezing funds I can't trust them.

no offense, I wonder how will you start investigating them if they dont have anything relevant on their website?

What happened: Trustshift.me exchange claims that they have no logs FOREVER, and they will work in any country worldwide.

I’m not a lawyer and I don’t know anything about international laws and of course I’m not going to defend this exchange (which in my opinion is very new and people should be very careful with it), but from what I saw on their website, they are not offering an option to buy crypto using credit and debit cards (I only saw cryptos and stablecoins). I think that's why he said that everyone in the world will be able to use his exchange.

You don't seem to know how Google Forms works. We get only the information that was entered in the text fields of the form. Our form does not require authorization to fill out, so you can not be afraid for the transfer of any data, except those that you yourself specified when filling out the form.

I mean, I tried to exchange 1 BTC to ETH "The price is 51.117955 , I can get 51.75511924 from https://changelly.com/, maybe you are using changelly to make the conversion?"

You are "opened recently," how can I trust you? Not enforcing any regulations is good, but how will you defend yourself from the question about money laundering?

If you want some trust, deposit some money with one of the trusted/escrow members and make better offers.

I asked you how you would investigate them if they have nothing relevant on their site and then I said that they do not offer an option to buy bitcoin using credit and debit cards and that is why they were saying that everyone can use their website. such a thing has been confirmed by the site owner and about yobit: it was a campaign about yodollar.

You are anonymous and your site has nothing relevant about you, how the hell would someone in good mental condition invest $ 5 000 000 on your site? these returns that you are offering seem very high to me. Where will you get the money to pay that 55% annual return to investors?

Well, you're also centralized even if you don't require KYC.

This all seems way too good to be true, and my guess is that even if this is a legitimate service it won't be in business for long--whatever government they're operating under will shut them down or force them to comply with some regulation eventually.  Governments don't want anonymous exchanges like this even if they're not dealing with fiat.

I agree, although I'm not convinced this is a legitimate exchange and I certainly would want to see some evidence of success before I used it and a track record of them not scamming people.
