At most, it means they use a cheap and shady license which is easy to get. Many scam and shady online casinos use this kind of license. It doesn’t necessarely mean they are a scam, but they could go « scam mode » or do some shady stuff, then it would be hard for the user to contest and get some law enforcement help.

IIRC, nadeking promote the site in the past, their twitter also still active and still doing some giveaway like other csgo gambling site do.
Well, its old site and never see csgo youtuber promoting them anymore, it can be still legit or turned into scam already.
