Altcoin by the end of the year 2020 it might be good actually its very difficult to predict as it's volatile. Now all the coins are increasing and the market is good at current situation. If bitcoin increase more in upcoming months all the coins will increase, will have to wait patiently

In general, the main currency in the crypto market is Bitcoin and every movement of the price of Bitcoin will definitely affect the price of Altcoins
Although the price of Altcoin  began to improve in early 2020,you should always look at the price movements of Bitcoin because it will correlate directly with the price movements of Altcoin
