This is not the end, look at Digitalbits, their bounty ended in may 2019, and still, they did not distribute where they promised to distribute within January to March 2020, but no single update set yet!

I've never been a bounty hunter, but I know exactly where you're coming from. I do somewhat agree with holding teams accountable for their promises; this issue isn't just a bounty hunter problem either.

There exists teams who lay out their road-maps, promising particular things, but fail to deliver. Often associated as scams, but there is no one holding these types of teams accountable.



In reality, nothing will ever change. Your best bet is to label a thread addressing concerns for a specific coin (title the thread with that name, so it's directly related to said project (means, make a new thread with whatever coin you have fault with)), basically flagging that team's misappropriate actions, do not label it as scam or make "scam" vocal, because it will be removed from this altcoin section and posted to scam accusations. You will have a lot of responses from other disgruntled hunters and eventually the team will notice the thread.

There's nothing worse for a new project, then being labeled with non-honest, red-flag and disgruntled community comments; it's very impactful if you can keep up the momentum (thread on this 1st page). Use caution with your words, it will either go unnoticed (if you don't promote it in the threads) or it can blow up pretty largely.



Most of the time, making a loud enough noise is not worth anyone's time, so most will just take it for what it is and nothing more.

I wish I have some merits to give you mate. Today's bounty hunters makes me very sick. No discernment, wisdom and dignity. All they do is fill forms and do POAs. Even on threads with proven scam tags, red flags and abysmally low rewards and lock up periods. They are the reason why majority of developers treat them as dogs.

since becoming a bounty hunter, so many heartbreaking stories, even some bounties are blamed for falling prices, and sometimes the work we do is not appreciated. however, what we can do, we cannot identify a project while the project is still developing, and promise to distribute the tokens they promised.

Couldn't agree more, some hunters have thrown out all self worth just for a few penny, especially when the project and team are shady as well and very glaring for all to see, hunters are treated like shit and many don't care, rather they will just move to the next available project without asking questions,
The truth is, this is happening because hunters allow it, even if one person disagrees with rules of any project, many others are ready to join, so it's not such an easy thing to address.

After reading my thread, you are thinking I did not research before joining? Mate, read the thread again, I asked united with every bounty hunters to promote good project widely and to ruin shit projects! Let's talk about research. Could you please research these projects before suggesting me? All three projects I mentioned were very good, they are successful already, and have a good community too. So, please don't reply with typical words to just increase your posts!

You're talking very badly about bounty campaigns. I have been participating in a lot of bounty campaigns since June 2019 and until now the team has remained silent. Auditchain used to promise a lot and now after finishing IEO, they have locked chat on telegram. a bunch of projects are cheating and we can't do anything but complain like this. perhaps as we should get rid of this work, the bounty campaign will die and no one will promote new projects anymore. At some point, they will regret being treated us badly.

Bounty hunters usually is on lose side, when in rules they said they can change any rules or maybe make decision. That is why we people can't do anything with it. And it is hurt actually when us work and then the coins is not have value or maybe payment is delayed and anything bad that happen to us. But nothing that we can do except if they are proven not pay us we can say it is scam project and it will affect on their investors.

We could just report them and take them out of this forum.
We could also use social medias but we need popular names to make it work.

Yapp, all the decisions and risks are in the hands of the person himself. Where when you want to invest in a new project, don't be too rushed in making a decision and also don't be easy to believe what he says because we know that many developers only give sweet promises to benefit themselves and this is still just can make many people fall into the trap, we really need to see how the team, the product and also for now the real use case is an important thing to consider.

That's why we need to get united. So that we can spread the reality about those projects, and then team fear us and distribute our due! Auditchain looks won't come back, but we can do things against a successful project which deceive our payment. For example Envion, Tokenpay and my mentioned three! Lots of bounty hunters don't use their brain, they just keep doing POA, works even they receive red tags! We need to teach them. Maybe all active bounty hunter needs to join in a single group to do good for potential projects and to do bad for the shady, suspicious dishonest project!

maybe it would be better if handled intellectually, so you should have a study of the arguments that are issued. if they do setbacks they must have a reason and to that extent they can still be free in accusations. maybe the solution so far would be better to put pressure on the developer, especially to speed up the locking of the tokens you have.

Did you read my thread correctly? Do you have any idea about DigitalBits, Azbit or Tokoin project? It seems you don't. So, please search on google and then tell me about my research. All these three projects are successful enough, they are trading on markets, everything they have is positive but they just playing with the hunters. So, please stick on my point, I am talking about bounty hunters need to be work together for dishonest projects.

I think not all bounty managers don't listen to complaints from bounty campaign participants because I see that there are still many bounty managers who care about the participants but for the payment it all depends on who has the project so that the bounty manager can only do the tasks he manages.

There were suggestions in the past that to only accept BTC from the teams who wants to promote IEO. Asking the BTC to escrow the funds, will not just keep them accountable but also push them to complete the project and launch product as well and ultimately add to the exchanges. Not doing all these will just disappoint investors and bounty hunters too. If united, we can make them do things that we are not able to do before it.
