He wants to sell BitcoinTalk account. His account was created today. Account sellers they are not trusted. These accounts can go into their hands in different ways also. May be hacked account!!

LOL  Of course, I believe the accounts being sold are hacked accounts. He is selling accounts at all ranks, which is impossible if someone can own it with the current ranking system. I don't believe if someone can trade freely merit without being detected.
This issue is really sensitive, the trading of accounts is the freedom of each person, it is difficult to evaluate.

Selling accounts is a very bad practice and I hope somehow this will stop, new buyers have no idea what to do with the new account but only to earn from bounties and they will start spamming with bad english, no wonder many high ranked members are posting bad posts like they aren't the ones that ranked the account up

We should not be afraid of these behaviors in the long term, and perhaps they will be a topics for Scam rather than a real people who sell Bitcoin accounts.
Given the risks that accompany the process, plus the need for more Merits, "high-quality posts" to achieve profits from these accounts, the process of buying/selling accounts is a waste of time.

In addition, the prices s/he provides are cheap and that is a good indication of Scam.

Yes that was my first thought as i readed the thread of him !
And i guess if somebody buy the accounts they would be selled again for more !
Also if somebody buy one of this accounts and start using it ,
its possible that the accounts used before for shady things and they want to get rid of it and sell them
