I think your temporary "Invite Only" approach is very clever. A lot of these Fly by night operators rush into public access and they burn their fingers. You want to get your final "Public" version out there, when it is almost 100% streamlined.

You say it is not beta testing, but I think it is in a way. I would much rather play on a platform that has got 1000's of hours of testing and tweaking, than having to waste my time gambling on a platform full of bugs and GI issues. 

                A grand public opening with good reviews are much better than a grand opening with bad reviews... right.

We did think about poker, but it is not in scheduled. So far we have HiLo, Crash, Roulette (cogwheel), one more game is almost ready and next is on design stage. There are so many designated Poker games that w not sure if it will be popular on Tower,  but we will probably try:)

Those guys deliver new content at a pretty fast pace, also the quality of the games seems to be very good, I didnt encounter any major bugs so far (besides some graphics clitches).
I like the style of the games very much, the graphics dont seem so "polished" and the cartoonish style in combination with the reminds me at my good old Warcraft 3 times

I wouldnt consider adding poker in the near future, too. There are lots of online poker site out there, competition would be very though. Additionally, I dont think it fits in the scenarios and settings of your currently available games.
