$10 is that big. The minimum withdraw is higher then that. So why would you exchange it before the withdraw amount.

 All the bet amounts are based on the rate of bitcoin so in the end it doesn't make any sense to exchange it before you want to withdraw.

How about your RAM? Is that a desktop or a Laptop? (PC could be laptop or desktop). I bet it's not because you are not using SSD, that could be a factor but I don't think that's the main source of your problem. If you have a low size of ram,  best to upgrade it. That I completely understand, but sometimes you don't have so many coins in your wallet and than it would easy to exchange low amounts.
At one moment I had 500 DOGE in my balance (lost them all on crash in 2 games  ) and it would have been easy to convert these to another coin where I was more close to minimum amount to withdraw.
