How to increase level in Bitcointalk?

Any one please help me to know how to increase the level in Bitcointalk . I read an article that if you have 30 Activity you will get upgrade but that not happen at all. I have joined this about a year but still i am a newbie if any one knows please help me so that i can work hard and increase my level its so annoying not to get any guidance how to increase rank. I watched many videos but they are really old and same approach that if you have 30 activities you will be level up but this is not happening. Please give me better Guidance in Reply. Thank You.

Answer to your question is very simple really.
Before you could progress in this forum automatically, based on your activity only.
Now you have to offer quality content here,  something what other users will appreciate and reward with merits.

You are in Newbie rank. To reach the next level (Jr Member), you need to have 1 merit & 30 total activity. Below is the complete requirements:

Rank	Required activity	Required merit
Brand new	0	0
Newbie	1	0
Jr Member	30	1
Member	60	10
Full Member	120	100
Sr. Member	240	250
Hero Member	480	500
Legendary	Random in the range 775-1030	1000

To improve activity, you just need to be active, create more posts, and stay longer. While to get merits, you need to have quality posts.

Here is my little suggestion to get merits.

A. Create Quality posts

• Reply

Thread/topic
- Create a useful/helpful thread or topic.
- Its content should be informative, easy to understand, and clearly enough
- The sentences have a correct grammatical function and written in proper punctuation.
- The paragraphs are made in the right order, from opening to closing.
- The topic is delivered in a simple or straightforward manner. Don't make it complicated.
- Unique. It mustn't a copy-paste/plagiarism work.

- It should be on topic.

You already have an account for one year, you should also learn a lot how to increase your bitcointalk account level.
No need to watch too many videos and articles. it's just a theory that will confuse you, but you have to work hard by making quality and useful posts for this forum.

I am really surprised you did not know about merit. Merit has been a topic that has been very much discussed by users until now, especially when it was first applied.
I think you should be diligent in reading about forum rules, visit the meta board. Don't just: login - do bounty task - logout.

What I find interesting is that OP registered here before the merit system was started, so it's very odd that he doesn't know about it and that he's still a newbie.  This is probably just one of many accounts, but still.

He has been quite inactive in 2018 and he isn't a regular user coming regularly, from time to time only. And when he logs in, it's to post his/her bounties stuff.
As you know bounties hunters don't care to read about the forum events nor to participate in the community.
If you don't have "bounty" "airdrop" in the title of the topic they won't open it.

To make this forum have better quality and innovative post Bitcointalk use a merit system to stop other's from posting spamming post just to rank up.

In this new system you need a merit to increase your rank in addition to your activity. If you want to earn some merit try to post more useful content, have sense and a quality post & also something useful to other's and soon you will earn some merit to increase your rank.
