yeah because china is the known supplier of bitcoin mining hardwares  so you are right with it . btc mining are not the concerned of people but its the lives of the people  . i heard there are now available vaccines to this virus  . hope they will release it soon for everyone for free so that we can now live peacefully again  . then people can now get back on thier bitcoin/crypto business   .  china still plays a big role for the development of btc  , we need them more than other countries   .

In my opinion with the issues, people are so scared with the Virus there are still many cases every year regarding HIV I say we should all have an idea with the said Coronavirus than to spread fake news regarding it, The Coronavirus is very fragile that it can only survive outside the body for 24 hours not like the virus from HIV that can, so I guess people that are scared with the shipping of items and products within China are surely safe and the Virus can be killed with household detergent and 70% alcohol, but surely many shipping business and online selling are surely affected because of the fake news that is spreading,

I don't know why people make such renarks without informing  themselves. First of all, corona virus isn't deadly itself, mortal rate is about 2% and so far only elderly people and those with some other serious medical issues have died.
Second, O don't see how could this influence crypto market or raise price or demand for any cryptocurrency, there is no direct link.

China is extremely cashless already. Hundreds of millions are using apps to pay for everything.

The only potential factor is whether the conventional economy takes a knock and whether that influences Bitcoin's price. I doubt that'll happen or it'll be impossible to detect.

nope, that was just speculation based on rumors of an incoming crackdown. the chinese government recently removed bitcoin mining from its "unwanted industries" list.

I doubt that such epidemic will cause a significant damage to cryptocurrencies, in general. The only scenario that I see that it will affect its price if most of the population or countries are affected by the virus and NO such cure has been released.

The virus may cause fear in the public and basically affect their lifestyle but I have some doubts that it will affect the market of cryptocurrencies. It will first affect the consumer markets which include products of essentials, etc. and employment before it affects cryptocurrencies.

People are only speculating, they think bitcoin rises because people are panic buying bitcoin due to a possibility that the economy of china will be affected. However, it's not the only reason, the big reason behind is the halving, we are just months going to the halving so it's expected that people will be preparing for this.

There has been news circulating online that the vaccine was already created, so hopefully this panic will be over soon.
when the virus is gone, we will see how bitcoin will pump then and people who are complaining right now, might be enjoying when bitcoin will recover.

The effect of the economy is huge, my business was close due to the virus and I really loss a lot of money of the periods its close, but who am I to violate if the precaution is for the safety of the people, time to sacrifice the other income now but not in crypto as we can buy as much as we can now.
