i got this  error eve i send forget passwort to my email and enter new password

i got same erorr i did open it with new browser also same

i delet coocies also same erorr

any help please i did contact support 4 days account they not answear

Do you have any balance on that site? If yes then spam them with your inquiries since if they insist to answer and solve your issue then maybe it's time to say that you are been scammed by them but don't put some harsh word for now and better to try your luck to see a result for several days and but if there's no result maybe it's best to post a scam accusation for reference.

If things don't workout totally then I suggest you open up a scam accusation especially if they have locked up your funds for no reason

Do you know why they closed? Obviously since you got your money back everything ended up well and this thread can be closed now. I do not know the details about this case or cases but I am happy everything went well.  Everything is settled, and you got your funds back. So, mission accomplished.

I'm sure you know the reason why did that. You made another thread stating that there's racism on their casino but the mod decided to mute you within an hour because of non stop spamming them *probably. They wanted you to calm down but you didn't do as said. But anyway, if this has been good and solved, you're free to lock the thread.

you have requested a password reset on the site itself , that means that the site is still alive and not dead   .

i also access the site  and i can access it without any errors   .  i have been playing it before and i dont see any warnings that they will close   .   its also strange that thier support didnt reply on you but its possible that they can block you if you'v done something that are against thier rules   . it happens normally and many gamblers have simillar complaints too  but that thier fault  .

We shouldn't allow ourselves to be a victim of these scam gambling sites, because it's putting us to danger of losing huge funds.
But what's really worst here was if the site is confirmed for closure, then it's a big problem to tackle with. Maybe it's recommended to contact their support and if possible ask for a refund if you've deposited you money already.

People getting their accounts locked on here is unfortunately pretty common especially with smaller and newer sites that might be trying to scam customers before leaving; there's no way to tell for certain if this particular casino's a complete scam, but it's a good idea to remove your funds from the site and don't come back.

If the post about your account being temporarily locked is true, I'd still suggest keeping your funds away because I don't completely agree with completely depriving a user of privileges for one offense, though I also do understand where the site moderators came from to do that.
