It varies. I've recently taken on a more time-consuming job so I have had less time to gamble (and I've set aside more for sleep, lol), but generally I do find time to gamble whenever I can because it helps me take my attention away from some of the more negative things going on in my life and gambling allows me to unwind very easily. I set pretty strict limits for myself to how long I can gamble and how much I can gamble, though I usually don't hit those limits, and I haven't had any major problems with gambling in a long time, so I can stop whenever I want to.

I do gambling while I am bored and at the same time has extra money. Please enlighten me if doing gambling while bored is totally fine or risky.
Since if the purpose of why I am gambling is just because to entertain my self, I can lose my money. But the good news is I am winning sometimes and sometimes are lost.

i work at home  ( online ) and after ive done some work , i take a break and i visit a gambling site to play  so basically i play every single day ( every hour and every minute  ) which lead me to become addicted  . i can feel the consequences now of becoming an addicted gambler   but before i were the ones that only give advice to others addicted gamblers   . now i can advice to my self and to others , is that we should not limit out time visiting a gambling site so that we cant end up on my situation  .

yeah twice or more a week ,specially if i am not busy in work(since i am on call Job now) so i have plenty of time to spend aside from my family of course but my budget is limited and only allocated for gambling nothing extra

I only gamble once a week if I have a spare time. After I became hands on to our family business I dont have much time now to spend in gambling like what I used to before and I think its better this way.

Obviously, if you did gamble everything then that is a sign that you're really addicted to gamble. So addiction to gambling is another whole discussion though. There could be members here who have been addicted by already chance their ways, but to be honest, a lot of addicts can't really accept that notion that they are really deep on their gambling activity.

I have no specific schedule to gamble, I do it anytime I wish, anytime I have some spare time as well as money. If I have no spare time and money, I wont gamble at all. I may gamble everyday, once a week, twice a week and I may not gamble at all for few weeks or months. All in all, I do not force myself to gamble as it depends on my real life situation in terms of time and financial condition.

That's correct playing gambling everyday is not resulting of being addicted as kong as you know your limits everything will be fine.
The addicted player playing everyday also but they do something different like spending all money they have and selling their they have so they can play more that's is really addicted because they can't control to play.

I know it is difficult for the others to minimizing playing because I also experienced that but now I can handle because I know the consequences if Im uncontrolled.

I used to gamble every day together with my coworkers. I don't enjoy the money that much on it, what I enjoy in the game and the time I spend with them. I was able to stop gambling without even a problem or having a hard time. The problem with addiction is not knowing your limits or exceeding what your limits or financial capability when gambling.

I guess you can call me a regular gambler if you count trading cryptocurrency as gambling. I have tried lottery & dice few times though. Trading is probably the only risky skill-based stuff I am involved in online. And I believe I can stop trading whenever I want without too much withdrawal issues. I guess I'm unlikely to be addicted because of being conscious of my trading profitability even though it's a bit fun to trade.

The bet usually changes according to the fixture. For Gambling, I may not be able to provide clear information because I usually play at certain times of the month.
I don't think there is such a thing as periodic gambling anyway. Playing every day would already be some kind of addiction.

I gamble only once a week when I have an extra money I will gamble. But if I have no extra I don't want to gamble because I don't want to be addicted into it. Some are very addicted and they are so hard to stop gambling when they got into gambling area. Some cannot control their being addicted in gambling.

I gamble if I want to bet, and there is no reason for me to playing gambling every day or for some specific time. I don't want to spend my money on gambling, but if I can get free coins from the site, I will use to play, but I don't spend too long to gamble.  you mean once you loose all that bankroll within a month , you will just stop and wait again for another month  ? isnt that boring  . but not be for you because you are sticking on your plans   but for me i cant take that anymore  . win or loose , i can still find myself inside the gambling site    .
