We agreed to trade my 145$ PP to his BTC

Additional Notes: Have not answered for a few hours no, seems like a fucking usual scam. I advise you to not deal with this user until this dispute is resolved.

I never understand why people even go to the effort, like, you'll probably be refunded by PayPal and his account is going to be screwed and PayPal will chase them for the money.

Sorry you've had to go through this, it's a shame that people are so dishonest in this day and age.

I just do not understand why administration does not do anything after the scammers are exposed and still allow them to remain in the community...

Because moderators and staff do not moderate a scam.

All user responsibility their self before doing any transaction.

Thanks, but I sent it as friends & family so seller protection does not apply in this case...

If he still not contact and sending the fund to you, you can be created a flag against him so he will get the "WARNING" banned on his profile.

Don't forget to share the "flag link" so everyone can check the case and support the flag went they verified the scam.

I will tag the user aswell , but first I'd like to ask you to provide some proof that it's his account who scamed you , cause how I see you've discussed on telegram , and there have been a lot of cases where scammers we're faking bitcointalk members telegram acocunts.

You should start the flag and ask for support. Only the victim can start a red flag against someone. All people on DT can do is give him a yellow flag.
