well in my opinion when many influencers who try to exert influence on your brain still listen but you should be able to try to compare what is said by influencers and as much as possible to think hard and think more critically because usually they will try hard to influence you.

Contradict to OP's point, being a cynical in crypto work better than a happy go lucky type that tries to remove every bad influencer in his life. Look every news, signal with doubt and verify it before falling for the hype, that's how I do.
