USD PAX is that coin or real usd ?

i have lost $150 USD pax recently becoz i dont know its was A Real Coin or Real USD ,i sent out from blockchain to exchange wallet but before to send it i veify contract adress the booth contract exchange and wallet was the same i send it but not recived into the exchange wallet after complain the reply comes your usd pax token not listed and your usd pax not avilable anymore its my major mistake im new in this filed till that i dont know what was the mistake and why exchange not give me my deposit back what you think about that and what was the mistake please give my suggestions regarding that.

Better keep in touch with exchange support team and they will give you the best answer. It is a ERC20 token, maybe you send to wrong contract address, share here the transaction ID.

Do you mean Paxos with the abreviation [PAX] ?
There is no token called "usd pax", while Paxos is like you said a token valued by USD and can be traded with many pairs including USDTether .
Did you send Paxos token to another deposit address? Please share tx and the name of the exchange. Did you try contact the support?
From where you got the Paxos token? From another exchange?
I don't have time to check their whitepaper but i guess Paxos is similar to Tether and maybe used in a different blockchain or different contract address.

USD PAX, I've never heard of that coin, I tried to look for it on coinmarketcap but did not find USD PAX, where did you get USD PAX, and at which exchange you send it, it looks like you sent the wrong token, Next time, be careful before sending coins, find out first about the coin so as not to send to the wrong wallet address.

It looks like you send Pax to the same address which is used for ETH. Maybe, digifinex has another address for ERC20 tokens.

which exchange you choose for deposited ? did they can give it back ? since your deposited hasn't credited to your account ?
PAX is token backed by real usd which it 1:1
PAX is ERC token and i dunno why that exchange hasn't credited your balance.

It's a stable coin and the one that he mentioned probably is Paxos Standard. @OP, did you really tried to reach the support and that's all they have said? Tell us what that exchange is because most of the cases like this, the exchange where the transaction was sent helped those people that transferred it wrongly.

$150 is sort of huge amount if you are giving importance to your money. And before sending please make sure that the coin is listed there because it has the same Ethereum address and as said, it is an ERC20 token.
