So you want to make a manual payment after ever single claim? Why? There is a reason people don't do that. Why don't you just use a payment threshold so you don't constantly send out small amounts all the time and waste your time? So when the member reaches x amount they can withdraw and you send it manually. I can't imagine why you would want to do this yourself though.

@Mike Mayor, actually there are plenty of reasons to make manual payments. The most important reason is that gives you time to check how did the users collected those earnings, if he did used proxy, bots, or so on. Yes, for small payments, like 10 Satoshi, that's not a good ideea, but if you set a threshold to, let's say 5000 satoshi, I'm pretty sure that users won't reach those earnings few times a day.

Now, on topic, I don't know exactly for what script you're looking for, because you didn't provided much details, but if you're looking for a good Faucet Script, I invite you to check ClaimBits: https://mn-shop.com/claimbits-ultimate-bitcoin-faucet

You can check my website to see complete list of faucet scripts:
https://bitcoins4free.ml/faucet-scripts/
As you can see, there isn't many scripts with manual payment option available. And these available scripts isn't cheap.
As said above, one script is Claimbits. Another one - https://overfeat.com/p-bitcoin-faucet-script. And Quantum script:
http://inculutus.me/Product-quantumfaucet
Wordpress script is also an option, but it's not updated for few years.
OP, are you planning to pay direct to wallet or use middleman - one of microwallets?
