Yep, a shady fraudster

His telegram phone number is: 717-504-8337, which seems to link to some guy in that states, but based on the way this guy speaks, he is clearly not even from the US.  It is probably just a fake #.

If this user even has any electronic gift cards, he is obtaining them via some sort of fraud.  He claimed he buys them in "bulk", but that is just bullshit. If he is legit, he can prove where/how he obtains them here.  I will delete my post if he proves me wrong.
