But can you be sure that older accounts are perfect?
Of course not, but old members are certainly more careful about their work, and they won't cheat managers by trying to apply multiple languages because it deviates from the portfolio.
The average old members already has a reputation. Even though they are trapped in the rank of newbies, we can judge how they moderate their threads. Fake translators mostly they leave the thread as it's published, there isn't any discussion because there are too many questions in different languages that they have to handle. Of course it's also very avoided or their guise will be exposed
OP cannot really check the background for everybody, it would be a huge task. And checking everybody's translation is also impossible. So let's try to be realistic. The only thing that maybe should be there is a disclaimer that the ones offering the job should double check since OP is not responsible for the quality of the translations done (or something like this).
Yes, I understand, maybe the OP doesn't have much time to do it. I hope the OP will be open to the analysis of the members who find suspicion about some translators in the list and make some changes. Or following your advice, a disclaimer must be added to avoid liability for accusations that might affect his reputation.
Apart from that, I really appreciate @irfan_pak10 for his efforts to help translators.
