I am gonna send my blogabet account I am reputable there ! I won't risk my money in the stranger person who I don't know, or I don't trust. Although I don't place the bets offline, I think I will use my friend's service to place the bets than the other people that I don't know. To be honest, I don't really get what you are offering here. You seem inconsistent. But since you are offering "a big local bookie", why don't you ask those people in your locality to entrust their bets to you? It is hard to offer that to an international platform. Accountability is totally nil. I never yet tried this kind offering because it seem its not good enough, this kind of bookie for me is like scam or too impossible. But I there are still worth it, only need to do is enough knowledge before place betting to it. Anyone who believes in such practices and claims to be having fixed bets is either a scammer or is seriously involved in wrong activities which might put you in deep troubles because when such fixers are caught they will reveal whom they shared their picks with and believe me they are strong enough to track you down and sue you.

But I was wondering since he is the bettor and claims to have money and bookie so basically he is the one looking for that fixed match and want to bet himself and pay the person who gives him that imaginary fixed bet, I actually wonder if this is an attempt to lure people into talking him and then slowly turning the table and getting them into sending him money.

It is illegal but that is happening, even in big games fixed game is happening, but the thing is, there is no assurance that such information is legit or maybe the guy is just transferring the risk because if there's really a fix game, they would not share it, instead they will keep it them selves and make money out of it.
