@OP maybe you should take a second look at the result of the pool before you can proceed to organize an ico for your project, i think the pool result represent the way people feel about ico's nowadays, the trust for ico has long gone, not that ieo is any better but at least with the latter you can expect a few number of people taking part in the sale,
But i see the sale is taking place in EtherDelta, that's not exactly an ico, is it?
between does this project have a website or platform to get more information about this Investa Token project? you can't just demand people to participate in your ico or whatever without proper info, this is 2020 and not 2017.
people are far more wiser now when it comes to crypto investment.
