last day I also notice this one. But its back to normal now maybe they are just having small updates that's why we experience that problem. You can now able to play and see your balance in different wallet that you have balance.

I’ve experience this often when you load the site it's slow to open, possible in my connection. Did you tried to reload it? I agree, their withdrawal system is fast even in btc transactions. Yes, that was a temporary issue which i faced yesterday but on inquiry the admin on the chat told that it will be fixed soon. It was fixed the same day and everything is working fine from that time onwards. I can see full balance on my account.
