[Babala] Libra coin fake ICO on Twitter

Galawang scammer nanaman po mga kababayan, alam naman natin na hindi pa officially launched ang libra coin. Ngunit may mga gumagamit nanaman nito sa maling paraan para mang biktima.

This latest issue-- LIBRA COIN that was already created by scammers! And yeah, they have managed to  already fund raised about 200 ethereum. (as they falsely claimed)

It is so sad that scammers already impersonated Libra project, created fake ICO to scam people and promoting it directly on Twitter.

Here's the few insight:

A Libra scam has appeared on Twitter to conduct a fake initial coin offering (ICO) of its coin LIBT. The account has existed on Twitter since 2018, but data from Etherscan has shown that the ERC20 token was created on Jan. 26. While the scammers claim more than 200 ETH has been raised privately, the address the investments were sent to shows that most of the incoming transactions were empty.

• It was created this January 26, 2020. And give an image to convince investors that this is the relaunch of LIBT (Libra Token) as an ERC20 token.

• And this one is obviously a "bonus-scam scheme" in which a user will send out .1 eth in exchange of 300 Libra coin. What a lame, it was an obvious scam act.

• Another, this one of the transactions that shows they only raised a total of 3 ethereum only with the same address and not because they gained that 3 eth because of the public sale.

More than 40 percent of @CoinLibraToken’s 12,000 followers are fake.

Wala naman list of huge transfer, karamihan halos barya lang (I am thinking na may pumasok na more than 100 ETH in 1 transaction)  but then possible this could be a trap to lure investors para mag-invest  sa scam na ito.  Sa tingin ko medyo matumal ang pang-iiscam nila kasi halos walang pumasok na mga investors, kung mga 2017 siguro ito nalaunch baka tiba tiba na sila ngayon. 

Dapat talagang maging vigilant tayo pagdating sa crypto investment, dami talagang mga mapagsamantala pero dami pa rin talagang nahuhulog sa ganitong klase ng pang-iiscam.

This act is a scam attempt kaya di nila need ang anumang official announcement.  Mas pabor nga sa kanila if mananahimik or unaware ang totoong project owner ng matagal na panahon dahil mas marami silang oras na manloko.  Buti na lang may mga taon may concern at nagsisiwalat ng mga ganitong scam activities to warn people.

malamang na trap investment nga yan bro dahil yung ibang investors dyan titignin kung meron ng nagpasok at dahil meron isang huge transaction mdami ang mapapasabay hopefully malaman nila hanggang maaga na fake ang ICO na yan at wala ng sumunod pa.

Ang nakakalungkot lang sa crypto di pwede ireimburse or ireverse ang payment, unlike sa paypal at credi cards.  Kaya need talaga ang masusing pag-iingat sa mga investment offer lalo na iyong mga nagpapakilalang malalaking company if legit ba itong crowdfunding or hindi.  Kaya kahit anong hype at pagmamadali ang gawin ng announcement nila, dapat lagi tayong vigilant at makakatulong din kung medyo magiging cynical (mapagduda) tayo sa mga ganitong investment hangga't hindi natin napapatunayan ang pagiging legitimate ng investment scheme na papasukan natin.

I feel sorry na lang doon sa mga naging Biktima ng fake na ICO na ito sana natuto na sila sa mga karanasan nila at maging aral din ito sa atin at sa mga makakabasa ng thread na ito na huwag basta basta mag-invest ng hindi viniverify ang mga detalye nito.

Ang tanging purterya ng mga scammer ngayon ay ang mga kaunti ang kaalaman lalo na yung mga newbie diyan sila madalas dumidikit. Lalo na kapag ang isang coin ay trendinv o kilala talaga gagawa na yan ng mga ways para makapangscam ng mga tao.
Buti hindi ako nadadali ng mga ganyan ang hirap pa naman kumita ng pera sana maging wais din ang iba na huwag na huwag magpapaloko.

Tama. Ang ironic lang din kasi di manlang muna tignan ng ibang tao kung ano ba yung system behind sa isang crypto. Ang problema ngayon particularly sating mga pinoy is as long as may pera go na go tayo eh. But then hindi natin naiisip what are the risks in engaging on such market or platform. Even kahit mga ibang pinoy dito sa forum (mostly newbies) is still naloloko pa ng kahit anong crypto eh lalo na ng LIBRA despite the fact na alam nilang centralized ito (obvious naman, dami nang warnings dito sa forum nun) pero inaasahan nilang magandang investment yon, eh parang naginvest ka lang din sa PHP mula sa PHP mo eh.

Gaya nga ng sabi ko sa mga kaibigan ko, never ever invest sa kahit na ano mapaonline or physical world without further researching on what they will invest.
